Luckydog Records announces the release of the EP, “You’re All Wrong” by HolliePollock.

Salem, Oregon, USA Luckydog Records-USA announced the release of the EP, “You’re All Wrong” by HolliePollock today. HolliePollock (HP) is a unique four-piece band from Salem, Oregon. Their haunting blend of retro 60’s/70’s psychedelic, classic and folk rock, with modern Northwestern alternative and grunge overtones has earned them great respect from their eclectic followers.

The EP release comes after months of recording and mixing at Bomb Shelter Recording Studios in Salem, Oregon by producer Jared Knowland. Initially the plan was to produce two new albums from previous and new songs composed by HP members, but the project took was reevaluated in late Summer, and then “we decided to mix for a ‘radio cut’ version of five songs for promotional work, and then make one large LP,” said executive producer and label CEO, Greg Warnock.

The “made for radio” EP was designed as HolliePollock’s intro to the world of radio and concert promotions, as well as for the pleasure of their fans. The arrangements were made by Jared Knowland to give listeners three and one half minute clips of five songs which demonstrate the eclectic breadth of HolliePollock’s original music.

The EP will be available online at all of the digital media stores. Physical copies will be made available at all retail stores via special purchase, or from the HolliePollock or Luckydog Records websites.

Luckydog Records opens in London.  A long time friend of Greg Warnock, founder of Luckydog Records in the US, has been selected to open LDR’s office in the United Kingdom (UK).  Mathew Watson is the new President of Luckydog Records- UK, and will oversee all aspects of label development in the UK.  Mr. Watson has fabulous relationships with music industry leaders.  Having an office in London is one of the keys to Luckydog’s imminent success.

Historically, promoting bands from the UK to the US and US bands to the UK markets is a model that has worked very well.

Mr. Watson was selected to begin the UK branch of LDR because his own impressive character epitomizes our business ethic of Integrity, Credibility and Loyalty.  Bringing these attributes to our industry will prove to be critical to our success on both sides of the Pond.

Our London office will be seeking out new talent for US markets, developing strong partnerships with promoters, distributers and their world renowned festival organizers for Summer tours of US bands.
